Comprehensive assessment and report
A full assessment and report with recommendations. Mainly used by case manager and solicitors report with recommendations. Mainly used by case manager and solicitors
Assessment and short report
Useful for private individuals who would like some guidance on equipment or therapy that might assist
Worksite assessment and report
Used by employers or case managers to provide guidance on how to support an employee return to work, remain in work or to explore alternative options
Therapy programmes
Therapy programmes may be brief, for example a follow up visit to review equipment, or longer term therapy input in more complex cases.
Telephonic advice
Free
At Strive OT, I acknowledge that often people do not know what service they require. Free telephonic advice sessions of up to 30 minutes are offered to guide this process, including signposting to other organisations if required
